The P1 port on the Fluvius Belgian digital meter is closed by default. The LED ring on the P1 meter will be constantly red in this case. 


To open your user ports, or to close them again afterwards, you need to make a request. The P1 and S1 ports are always activated or deactivated together.


Important: the details of your request must correspond to your contract with your energy supplier. It is therefore best to bring a recent electricity bill. This way you will be able to submit your application with the correct information.


We also need your national number to verify your identity. So keep your identity card ready.


Please note: it can take up to 72 hours before a new digital meter is registered in our system. Has your digital meter just been installed? Then it is best to wait a few days before activating your user ports.
