After you have paid for your order, you will see the order number for your order. This order number will also be emailed to you as confirmation (check your spam box if you do not receive it).
All orders placed on weekdays before 5pm are guaranteed to be delivered the same day. Once your package is scanned at the sorting center, you will receive a Track & Trace link via email. You can further track the package with this link.
The Track & Trace is sent in a separate email and may arrive a little later than the shipping confirmation. Mail not received? Check your spam box (this email is sent from email@example.com). From the moment you receive a Track & Trace email, you can contact the delivery service to find out the most recent status of your package. Delivery services strive for next day delivery, but cannot guarantee it.
Due to the busy schedule of delivery services, the delivery of your order may take longer than usual. We deliver packages ordered before 5pm the same day to the delivery service. Due to the rush, it may take longer for your package to be scanned in the sorting center. After scanning in the sorting center you will receive a Track & Trace email.
Small orders that may go through the mailbox. It will be sent through standard mail. Because of this, there will be no tracking number sent in the mail.
